It is specially blended to draw out its pleasant natural bitter-sweet taste, associated with the taste of high grade traditional Japanese Matcha. This natural bitter-sweet taste is excellent for making quality Matcha Latte or ice-creams, for that overall taste of a refined, well-balanced mix of sweet and bitter. PREPARATION GUIDELINES:

HOT
Tea - 1 teaspoon (1.5g / 0.05oz)
Water - 100ml / 3.38oz
Temp - 100°C/ 212°F
Time - Whisk for 20s until frothy.

COLD
Tea - 1 teaspoon (1.5g / 0.05oz)
Water - 100ml / 3.38oz
Temp - Room Temperature
Time - Whisk for 20s. Serve over ice cubes.
