DESCRIPTION:This is our highest grade of organic ceremonial grade Matcha. It is made with our highest grade Spring harvest organic tea leaves. It is light-bodied, smooth, without any traces of bitterness nor astringency. It has an extremely vibrant vivid green color. It leaves an incredible creamy mouth feel, just like 'Matcha Latte'. Its premium quality can be enjoyed both as 'usucha' and 'koicha'.

PREPARATION GUIDELINES:HOT
Tea - 1 teaspoon (1.5g / 0.05oz)
Water - 100ml / 3.38oz
Temp - 100°C/ 212°F
Time - Whisk for 20s until frothy.

Temp - Room Temperature
Time - Whisk for 20s. Serve over ice cubes.
